Exchange Policy

At Jyotique's, we strive to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We follow an exchange-only policy, which means you can raise an exchange request

within 3 days of delivery.

To raise an exchange please share Order Details mentioned on the front of the parcel received to us via Whatsapp on 8979944660,

Exchange Charges have to be paid by customers. Exchange Charges may differ depending on case to case basis.

· Please Note refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped

it can not be cancelled using our website and and cancel penalty will be charged as follows -

(HANDOVER STAGE: Rs. 100)

. If Partial COD shipment is cancelled at any stage NO REFUND will be provided

We provide a reverse pick-up facility in most serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. Once your exchange request is approved, the pick-up is usually done

within 2-3 business days. After the successful pick-up, your exchange product will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 business days.

For locations not covered under our reverse pick-up service, customers are kindly requested to self-ship the product(s) to the address below:

Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. RAI's reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that appear worn, washed, or

used, in order to maintain strict hygiene standards. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed.
